    The existing paper provides a comparative analysis of the criminal legislation of Canada and Uzbekistan in terms of consideration of the mitigation of punishment and criminal defenses. In detail, the present research provides an overall overview of the mitigation of sentence institute in accordance with the existing editions of the Criminal Code of Canada and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the issues of determining the punishment for the criminal offences committed in a state of mental disorder, as well as insanity and diminished responsibility for incomplete offences and criminal complicity, including criminal defenses, institutions on the withdrawal (voluntary refusal) from the commission of an offence and innocent harm, etc. Pursuant to the results of the conducted analysis, similar and different sides of current criminal laws have been clarified. Decisions on the performed analysis and a final conclusion on the implementation of Canada‘s some criminal law norms to the criminal law of the Republic of Uzbekistan have been provided.

In this regard, the effectiveness of the state power apparatus, formed with the help of democratic procedures, is related to the presence of public control over the activities of state bodies, which is carried out by civil society institutions. Today, public control is considered not as a means of pressure on the authorities but as a method of harmonious communication between civil society and the state and is one of the main factors that serve to eliminate social tension in society

    The article deals with the issues of international cooperation in providing legal assistance in the fight against corruption. In addition, this article is devoted to the interaction of law enforcement agencies in the fight against corruption within the framework of regional international organizations.Moreover, within the framework of this scientific study, proposals were analyzed to improve the system of providing legal assistance in the field of combating corruption.The author‘s comparative analysis of international conventions, declarations and legislation of foreign countries served as a reflection of the specifics of this article. Moreover, the relevance of the research topic is because the commission of such crimes is characterized by the use of modern technical means and high-tech facilities of air and land transport, a high transcontinental level of organization and real support from many, including illegal, financial sources. The predicted result of such activities was a significant increase in the number of serious crimes of a transnational nature. The lack of proper legal cooperation between states leads to the emergence and spread of a dangerous practice, when criminals, committing a crime in one state, illegally cross the borders of another to avoid the administration of justice and prosecution. The problem of disclosure, investigation, and prevention of such crimes in the framework of international cooperation in criminal matters is the most relevant today.

    Dispute resolution in the field of intellectual property law in Uzbekistan

    This article discusses ongoing reforms in the field of intellectual property protection in Uzbekistan. In particular, the issues of administrative responsibility for violation of intellectual property rights, the process of judicial protection are covered. Opinions were also expressed on the procedure for resolving disputes in the field of intellectual property by administrative, civil and criminal courts. At the same time, based on the types of intellectual property objects (industrial property objects, means of individualization, copyright), the features of resolving conflict situations related to them are revealed. Based on the results of the article, the author concluded that it is necessary to specialize courts in resolving disputes in the field of intellectual property, expand the mechanisms of alternative ways of resolving disputes in the field of intellectual property, and improve the system of enforcement of judgments on intellectual property.

    Moyakning massiv ezilishi bilan kechgan yorg‘oq to‘mtoq jarohatining klinik holatini taqdim etish, diagnostika va jarrohlik davolashning zamonaviy usullarini muhokama qilish. Klinik kuzatuv. 18 yoshli bemor klinikaga shoshilinch ko‘rsatmalar bo‘yicha og‘riq va yorg‘oq o‘ng yarmining kattalashishiga shikoyatlar bilan kelib tushdi. Anamnezdan bemor 48 soat oldin yorg‘oqning to‘mtoq jarohatini olgani ma‘lum bo‘ldi. Yorg‘oq a‘zolarining ultratovush tekshiruvida yorg‘oqning o‘ng yarmida moyak aniq differensiatsiyalanmasligi, pastki qutbida gipoexogen signal qayd etilishi, rangli doppler xaritalash rejimida qon oqimi yo‘qligi, biroq moyakning yuqori qutbi ko‘zdan kechirilganda kuchsiz qon oqimi qayd etilishi, moyak ortig‘i qisman differensiatsiyalanishi aniqlandi. Gematotsele aniqlandi. Yorg‘oq a‘zolari lat yeyishi, o‘ng moyakning travmatik shikastlanishi tashxisi tasdiqlandi. Shoshilinch operatsiya bajarildi: moyak pastki qutbining nekrozga uchragan qismlari sog‘lom to‘qimalargacha kesib olib tashlandi, o‘ng moyak yuqori qutbini moyak ortig‘iga plastik tikish bajarildi. Operatsiyadan keyingi davr asoratlarsiz kechdi. Bemor operatsiyadan keyin 6-sutkada kasalxonadan chiqarildi. 3 oydan keyin o‘tkazilgan nazorat ultratovush tekshiruvida o‘ng moyak o‘lchamlari kichrayganligi, uning exostrukturasi bir jinsli ekanligi, moyak parenximasida qon oqimi kuzatilishi aniqlandi. Gormonal status, qondagi testosteron darajasi, eyakulyat ko‘rsatkichlari me‘yorda. Xulosa. Keltirilgan klinik kuzatuv moyak hayotchan to‘qimasining hajmi minimal bo‘lgan massiv ezilishida a‘zoni saqlovchi aralashuvlar mumkinligini, biroq bunda bemorning yoshi va jarohat olinganidan beri o‘tgan vaqt hisobga olinishi lozimligini isbotlaydi.

    Maqolada og‘ir kuygan bemorlarda poliorgan yetishmovchiligini davolash va proflaktika natijalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot ob‘ekti bo‘lib 18 yoshdan 74 yoshgacha bo‘lgan chuqur kuygan 330 nafar bemorlar bo‘ldi. Bemorlaring 320 (96,97%) nafarida IIIB-IV darajali kuyish maydoni 10%dan ortiq chuqur kuyishlar aniqlandi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ushbu bemorlarda shokka qarshi infuzion-transfuzion terapiya, inotrop va organ-ximoyalovchi davo va erta aktiv xirurgik usulni kompleks qo‘llash kuyish kasalligi kechishini yengillashtiradi, og‘ir kuygan bemorlarda poliorgan yetishmovchiligi va letallikni kamaytiradi.
