Consequently, proficiency in English significantly increases access to global knowledge and career opportunities (Crystal, 2003) Benefits of Learning English as a Second Language. Learning English provides numerous advantages for learners. First and foremost, it enhances access to education. A large proportion of academic resources, including research articles, textbooks, and online courses, are published in English.
