Annotation. The modernization of education and the rapid expansion of global communication have significantly increased the demand for effective foreign language teaching. In the contemporary educational environment, knowledge of foreign languages has become an essential component of professional and academic development. However, traditional methods of language instruction often fail to ensure the development of communicative competence and critical thinking skills among students. This article explores the role of innovative teaching methods in improving the effectiveness of foreign language education. The study analyzes modern pedagogical approaches such as communicative language teaching, task‑based learning, project‑based learning, digital technologies, and interactive classroom strategies. Special attention is given to student‑centered learning environments that promote active participation, collaboration, and autonomy in language acquisition. The article also examines the impact of technological tools, including online platforms, mobile applications, and multimedia resources, on language learning outcomes. The research concludes that the integration of innovative pedagogical strategies and modern technologies significantly enhances the effectiveness of foreign language instruction and contributes to the development of communicative competence, learner motivation, and intercultural awareness. В данной статье рассматривается роль инновационных методов обучения в повышении эффективности преподавания иностранных языков. Анализируются современные

Zamonaviy jamiyatda xorijiy tillarni bilish professional va akademik rivojlanishning muhim omillaridan biri hisoblanadi. Biroq an’anaviy o‘qitish usullari talabalarda kommunikativ kompetensiyani to‘liq shakllantirish uchun yetarli bo‘lmasligi mumkin. These approaches often prioritize theoretical knowledge rather than practical language use, which may limit students’ ability to communicate

Consequently, scholars and educators have increasingly emphasized the need to adopt innovative pedagogical strategies that promote communicative competence and learner autonomy. Innovative teaching methods focus on active learning, collaboration, and student engagement. Rather than passively receiving information, learners become active participants in the educational process. Teachers assume the role of facilitators who guide students in discovering and applying language knowledge through meaningful interaction and problem-solving activities. Such approaches align with contemporary educational theories that highlight the importance of experiential learning and constructivist pedagogy. The aim of this article is to analyze the effectiveness of innovative teaching methods in foreign language education and to explore how these approaches contribute to improved learning outcomes. The study examines key pedagogical models, technological tools, and interactive learning strategies that can enhance the quality of language instruction in higher education institutions. Literature Review. Numerous scholars have investigated the relationship between teaching methods and language acquisition. Early approaches to foreign language instruction were primarily based on grammar-translation techniques, which focused on the analysis of grammatical structures and translation of literary texts. While this method contributed to the development of reading and writing skills, it did not adequately address the communicative aspects of language use. In the late twentieth century, the communicative approach emerged as a response to the limitations of traditional teaching methods. This approach emphasizes the use of language for meaningful communication rather than the memorization of isolated grammatical rules. Researchers argue that communicative language teaching enables students to develop fluency and confidence in using the target language in real-life situations. Another significant development in language pedagogy is taskbased learning. This approach encourages students to complete practical tasks such as problem-solving activities, role plays, discussions, and collaborative projects using the target language. Task-based learning is particularly effective because it creates authentic contexts for communication and encourages learners to focus on meaning rather than form. Recent studies also highlight the increasing role of digital technologies in education. Online platforms, multimedia resources, and virtual learning environments provide new opportunities for language practice and interaction. Technology allows teachers to create dynamic

learning environments where students can access authentic materials, communicate with native speakers, and receive immediate feedback on their performance. Innovative Teaching Methods. students’ performance and provide personalized recommendations for improvement. The use of digital technologies not only enhances learning outcomes but also increases student motivation and engagement. The effectiveness of innovative teaching methods depends on several factors, including teacher competence, institutional support, and the availability of technological resources. Teachers must possess both pedagogical knowledge and technological skills in order to implement innovative strategies successfully. Professional development programs play a crucial role in preparing educators to integrate new methods and tools into their teaching practice. Another important factor is the learning environment. Abstract: In the contemporary digital era, artificial intelligence has become an integral part of various sectors, including education. In the field of English language learning, AI-powered tools are increasingly used to support students’ writing development. This article examines the impact of artificial intelligence on students’ written language competence, focusing on both its advantages and limitations. The study argues that AI technologies contribute to improving grammar accuracy, vocabulary usage, and text organization through instant feedback and personalized support. However, excessive reliance on such tools may negatively affect learners’ independent thinking and creativity. The paper highlights the importance of balanced and pedagogically guided use of AI in order to achieve effective learning outcomes. Аннотация: В современную цифровую эпоху искусственный интеллект становится неотъемлемой частью различных сфер, включая образование. В области изучения английского языка инструменты на основе искусственного интеллекта активно используются для развития письменной речи студентов. В данной статье рассматривается влияние искусственного интеллекта на письменную речевую компетенцию студентов, анализируются его преимущества и ограничения. Исследование показывает, что технологии ИИ способствуют повышению грамматической точности, расширению словарного запаса и улучшению структуры текста за счёт мгновенной обратной связи и индивидуального подхода. Однако чрезмерная зависимость от таких инструментов может негативно сказаться на самостоятельном мышлении и креативности обучающихся.
