Ushbu maqolada nutq madaniyati va zamonaviy yoshlarning so‘z boyligi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil qilinadi. Unda bugungi yoshlarning muloqot uslubi, ularning til birliklaridan foydalanishdagi yangiliklari va ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning so‘z boyligiga ta‘siri o‘rganiladi. Yoshlar nutqida yangi so‘zlar, qisqartmalar va inglizcha o‘zlashtirishlarning paydo bo‘lishi, shuningdek, ularning nutq madaniyatiga ta‘siri muhokama qilinadi. Nutq madaniyati me‘yorlariga rioya qilishning ahamiyati va ularni yoshlar orasida targ‘ib qilish yo‘llari ham ta‘kidlangan. Abstract. This article analyzes the interrelation between speech culture and the vocabulary of modern youth. It examines the communication style of today’s young people, innovations in their use of linguistic units, and the influence of social networks on vocabulary. The emergence of new words, abbreviations, and English borrowings in youth speech, as well as their impact on speech culture, are discussed. The importance of adhering to speech culture norms and ways to promote them among young people are also highlighted. The study results show that under the influence of modern technologies and globalization, youth vocabulary is rapidly changing, which requires new approaches to shaping and maintaining a high level of speech culture. Аннотация. В данной статье анализируется взаимосвязь между культурой речи и лексикой современной молодежи. Рассматриваются особенности коммуникативного стиля молодых людей, новшества в их использовании языковых единиц, а также влияние социальных сетей на лексику. Обсуждаются появление новых слов, сокращений и англицизмов в молодежной речи и их воздействие на культуру речи. Особое внимание уделяется важности соблюдения норм речевой культуры и путям её формирования среди молодежи. Результаты исследования показывают, что под воздействием современных технологий и глобализации лексика молодежи быстро изменяется, что требует новых подходов к формированию и поддержанию высокого уровня культуры речи. Abstrakt. Ushbu maqolada nutq madaniyati va zamonaviy yoshlar leksikasi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil qilinadi. Hozirgi davr yoshlarining muloqot uslubi, ularning til birliklaridan foydalanishidagi yangiliklar hamda ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning leksikaga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Yoshlar nutqida paydo bo‘layotgan yangi so‘zlar, qisqartmalar va inglizcha atamalar nutq madaniyatiga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatayotgani yoritiladi. Shuningdek, nutq madaniyati me’yorlariga rioya qilishning ahamiyati va uni yoshlar orasida rivojlantirish yo‘llari haqida fikr yuritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, zamonaviy texnologiyalar va globalizatsiya ta’sirida yoshlar leksikasi tez o‘zgarib bormoqda, bu esa nutq madaniyatini shakllantirishda yangi yondashuvlarni talab etadi. Introduction Speech culture is an essential component of effective communication and social interaction. It reflects a person’s linguistic competence, level of education, and cultural awareness. In the modern era, characterized by rapid technological development and widespread use of social media, the vocabulary and communication style of young people are undergoing significant transformation. Youth language has become a dynamic system that reflects social trends, digital influence, and globalization. New words, slang expressions, abbreviations, and borrowings from English are increasingly common in everyday speech, shaping a unique linguistic identity among young generations. However, these changes also raise questions about the preservation of language norms and the overall level of speech culture. Therefore, studying the relationship between speech culture and modern youth vocabulary is important for understanding how communication patterns evolve and how to promote linguistic correctness and expressiveness in contemporary society. Results and Discussion The analysis of modern youth vocabulary demonstrates that linguistic behavior among young people is rapidly evolving under the influence of digitalization, social media, and globalization. Youths tend to adopt new words, abbreviations, and expressions from online communication, blending them with their native language. This phenomenon has created a hybrid linguistic environment that reflects modern lifestyles and global cultural exchange. Platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram play a key role in spreading trendy phrases, memes, and borrowed English expressions that quickly enter daily speech. The results show that while such linguistic creativity enriches communication, it also poses challenges to traditional norms of speech culture. Many young people neglect grammatical accuracy, pronunciation standards, and stylistic appropriateness in favor of brevity and emotional expressiveness. For example, phrases like “LOL,” “OK,” or “chill” are used naturally in youth conversations, replacing native equivalents. This linguistic shift demonstrates openness to global influence but simultaneously leads to a weakening of native language identity and cultural depth. Furthermore, the study indicates that speech culture among youth is unevenly developed depending on education level, social background, and exposure to formal language environments. Students who engage more actively in reading, academic writing, and public speaking display higher levels of linguistic awareness and maintain better control over their vocabulary choices. In contrast, those who primarily communicate online often exhibit a more casual and simplified speech style. These findings suggest that the development of speech culture among modern youth requires a balanced approach. Educational institutions and media should promote awareness of linguistic correctness while respecting the natural evolution of youth language. Integrating digital literacy and language culture training into curricula can help young people communicate effectively without losing cultural authenticity. In conclusion, fostering speech culture in the digital era means not restricting linguistic creativity, but guiding it toward meaningful, expressive, and culturally rich communication.

Conclusion In conclusion, the study of speech culture and modern youth vocabulary highlights the complex interaction between language development, technology, and social change. The results show that modern youth actively shape new linguistic trends influenced by digital communication, globalization, and cultural exchange. While this process enriches the language with creativity and diversity, it also brings challenges related to the preservation of linguistic norms and cultural identity. Maintaining a high level of speech culture requires conscious effort and linguistic awareness among young people. Educational institutions, families, and the media play a crucial role in promoting respect for language norms and encouraging proper communication practices. It is important to help youth understand that speech culture is not only about correct grammar but also about expressing thoughts clearly, respectfully, and beautifully. Thus, balancing linguistic innovation with cultural preservation is essential in the modern era. By nurturing both creativity and linguistic discipline, society can ensure that the evolution of youth vocabulary continues to strengthen rather than weaken the overall culture of communication.
