НАРКОМАНИЯ КАК ФОРМА ДЕВИАНТНОГО ПОВЕДЕНИЯ Аннотация: В статье освещается негативное влияние наркомании на общественную жизнь, важность ее изучения как формы девиантного поведения. Анализируются причины возникновения наркомании, ее негативное влияние на сознание молодежи, роль образования и семьи в ее профилактике. Рассматриваются современные психолого-педагогические решения проблемы. INTRODUCTION Drug addiction is one of the most urgent socio-psychological problems in modern society. This condition manifests itself in the form of a person's deviation from social norms and values, that is, deviant behavior. Deviant behavior is a deviation from the moral and legal norms accepted by society . Drug addiction is one of the most dangerous forms of this deviation , which negatively affects not only the health of the individual, but also his activities in social life and relationships. There are many factors that lead to drug addiction . The main ones are social environment, unhealthy family environment, lack of control, influence of friends, psychological pressure, inability to spend free time meaningfully, lack of spiritual education. Especially during adolescence and young adulthood, when a person is still in the stage of socialization, the tendency to drug addiction increases. Drug addiction erodes a person's moral values, disrupts their mental state, and can lead to various crimes. Such behavior disrupts social order in society and leads to negative social consequences. Therefore, drug addiction should be considered not only as a medical or criminal problem, but also as a deep socio-pedagogical problem. ОСНОВНАЯ ЧАСТЬ The family and educational institutions play a leading role in preventing this problem. Parents and teachers should consciously guide young people to the right path and promote a healthy lifestyle. Psychological counseling, spiritual and educational work, and proper propaganda through the media are important in preventing drug addiction. Drug addiction is one of the problems that has not only personal but also broad social consequences. The expansion of this problem is also due to the misuse of the Internet and social

networks, hidden drug advertising, and weak legal control in some regions. Economic problems in society, unemployment, and dissatisfaction with life also lead some young people to such deviant paths. The increase in drug-related crimes requires drastic measures at the state level.Currently, a number of measures are being taken in Uzbekistan to combat drug addiction. In particular, within the framework of the state program "Formation and Popularization of a Healthy Lifestyle" for 2020-2025, a healthy lifestyle is being promoted among young people. Special preventive classes, trainings, and psychological interviews have also been organized in educational institutions. Currently, there are many cases of drug addiction among young people , despite the measures taken to combat it. What is drug addiction, what do young people gain from using it, why are young people mainly prone to such deviant behavior? Drug addiction, drug addiction, drug addiction is a disease that occurs as a result of getting used to drugs, relapse, or rather, temporary or chronic use of natural or synthetic toxic substances (some drugs) . Drug addiction causes profound changes in the somatic and mental state of the body and leads the addict to degradation. As a result, the more the drug is consumed, the more young people become dependent on it. The specific conditions of the modern stage of society's development, the greater the social deprivation of a large part of young people, lead to an increase in the dynamics of drug use. For various reasons, the existing system of measures to combat drug addiction is unstable and does not correspond to the real state of affairs. The main feature of the situation is that the problem of drug addiction is becoming increasingly widespread among the younger generation. The main reason for drug addiction is psychological dependence, young people think that they cannot get rid of this. This manifests itself in the opinion of others, as well as in painful attention to another person. There is unrequited love here, which takes up a lot of vitality. Such a person also destroys himself: endless experiences do not add health and strength. Often the desire to live, set goals and strive to achieve them disappears. Diagnosis of deviant behavior involves the timely detection of pathological signs and prevention of their development. The manifestation of deviant behavior must always, in all cases, without exception, be corrected. Drug addiction is a type of perverted behavior that sooner or later leads to the complete destruction of a person. Another reason for the formation of addiction . If in childhood a child is constantly blamed for something, then the onset of self-deprecation will not take long. This leads to self-doubt, increased sensitivity to criticism, emotional and mental instability. Constant criticism can ultimately lead to any form and type of deviant behavior. All types of deviant behavior, regardless of the form of expression, nullify all attempts to improve and express themselves in any area of life: in personal life, in profession, in creativity. It's just that a person at a certain point ceases to believe in himself and his abilities. He does not understand the reasons for his condition, but seeks confirmation from negative manifestations outside. Diagnosis of deviant behavior is a very complex and time-consuming process that should be carried out by specialists. You need to be very careful with children and teenagers so as not to crush their dreams, their confidence in themselves and their own prospects . Another reason for the rise of drug addiction is the presence of excessive negative destructive factors in the lives of young people. Deviant behavior, of course, does not arise spontaneously for no reason. We agree that toxic substances have a negative effect on our psyche. A person who uses drugs sooner or later begins to deteriorate. A drug addict loses control over himself, loses the ability to see the good in people, loses self-confidence , and shows aggression towards others. Even a person without special education can diagnose such deviant behavior. A person who is debilitating makes a vivid negative impression. People around them, as a rule, avoid meeting such

topics, fearing negative topics and simply worrying about their lives. Sometimes it is enough to look at a person to determine the cause of his inappropriate behavior. One of the main social problems of modern society is the spread of drug addiction and drug addiction in the youth environment and the scale of drug use by children and adolescents. According to statistics, 20% of Russian drug addicts are schoolchildren, 60% are young people aged 16 to 30. Along with the increase in the number of drug addicts, there is a decline in the health of the population, which affects the demographic situation. Only 23.7% of the population belongs to the group of practically healthy individuals. Cardiovascular diseases cause 80% of deaths among able-bodied Russians. Analysis of the results of social studies showed that almost a fifth of young people are unaware of the dangers of drug addiction. It is considered the plague of the century , which is disrupting healthy lifestyles around the world. The vices is drug addiction. Drug addiction is understood as a craving for substances that cause a state of euphoria. They cannot understand the consequences. The danger of taxicomania is that children either die as a result of poisoning the body or commit actions that lead to this. Even if the taxicomaniac survives, the child's body is poisoned by toxic substances. Euphoria is a state of elevated mood that does not correspond to reality. Drug use harms not only the individual, but also society. In the social medical field, there are two types of drug use: 1) a situation where the drug user can voluntarily stop using drugs. 2) a situation where he is unable to do so. Studying drug addiction in a social pedagogical direction, it can be determined that it is a form of deviant behavior characterized by physical or mental dependence on drugs. This dependence leads to physical or mental exhaustion of the child, social adaptation of the individual. One of the types of drug addiction is drug addiction. In drug addiction, household chemicals such as gasoline are introduced into the body instead of a drug. Drug addicts are usually 13-14-year-old adolescents, and the effect of poisoning their bodies leads to very bad consequences - disability, mental retardation. Drug addiction is currently a serious problem for the following reasons: - the mass increase in drug addiction in adolescence. Drug addiction is a negative phenomenon, not only for itself, but also for the development of the individual, his participation in social life. The consequences of drug addiction are divided into 3 types: biological, socio-psychological and criminal. Biological consequences include a decrease in activity, a decrease in the energy reserves of the individual, a decrease in biological needs (food, sleep), a decrease in resistance, and the destruction of the child's organism. Socio-psychological consequences can be characterized as the moral degradation of the child. First, his interests and needs other than drug use decrease, and then they disappear altogether. Interest in the drug replaces the whole life. The environment is evaluated by the addict from the point of view of aggravating and facilitating the acquisition and use of drugs. Useful social contacts with society are disrupted (the addict is separated from friends, does not want to study). A comfortable mental state can only occur when the required amount of drug is consumed. The criminal consequences of drug addiction are explained by biological and socio-psychological consequences. The mechanism of this interaction looks like this. The addict has to quit his studies or work to satisfy his interests and needs. Because his time is spent only on searching for drugs. Since he does not have enough money to buy them regularly, the addict looks for ways to get them illegally.

In cases where there is no money, the addict is ready to do anything, even murder, to achieve his goal. Rehabilitation is a process that helps people get rid of drug addiction and restore their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This is a long process that requires dedication, dedication, and patience from both the patient and the rehabilitation center. According to the United Nations, more than 500 million people in the world are addicted to drugs. The majority of them are under the age of 30. As a result, more than 200,000 people die every year. At the same time, 57 percent of crimes committed in the world are committed by drug addicts . In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the event of a crime committed by persons suffering from alcoholism or drug addiction, if there is a medical opinion, the court may, in addition to the punishment, impose compulsory medical measures on them. In addition to the National Information and Analytical Center for Drug Control under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a separate system is operating in law enforcement agencies to combat this scourge. An interdepartmental body, the State Commission, is operating to coordinate activities in this area at the state level. The national legislation has strengthened the legal framework for the prevention of drugrelated crime, cooperation between law enforcement agencies in this regard, treatment of drug addicts, and other important issues. Uzbekistan ratified the UN Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances in 1995 and is fully implementing the tasks set forth therein. As the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoyev noted, no matter how difficult it is, we must find our own unique and effective methods of educating young people, in line with today's times. We must protect our dear children from destructive and harmful ideas, crime, drug addiction, apathy, and a state of spiritual poverty. It is true that if a person leading a healthy lifestyle unknowingly enters this street, his peaceful, prosperous and happy life will turn into black darkness. A drug addict causes endless suffering not only to himself, but also to his loved ones. Drug addiction is one of the most dangerous manifestations of modern life. Every day, thousands of people fall into the terrible trap called drug addiction. Today, we need to say a few words to those who are struggling with drug addiction . Life is beautiful, it's good to live. Any problem can be solved. So don't throw yourself into the pit. If you take the syringe with the deadly liquid in your hand , remember that you are throwing your future into the abyss of eternal darkness. CONCLUSION In conclusion, understanding the roots of drug addiction and studying it as a form of deviant behavior, working on the basis of a comprehensive approach to this issue, is an important step in building a healthy society. Such negative situations can be prevented through education, upbringing, social culture and strengthening legal awareness. Drug addiction is one of the acute socio-psychological problems of modern society, which disrupts social order through the manifestation of deviant behavior of the individual. To prevent such situations, it is necessary not only to punish, but also to implement comprehensive spiritual, educational, psychological and pedagogical measures. Through the integral cooperation of the family, school, community and state bodies, a healthy environment should be created and young people should be helped to choose a conscious life path. The formation of immunity against drug addiction in each person is the key to a stable society.
