В статье описываются наиболее частые осложнения операций, выполняемых по поводу послеоперационных вентральных грыж. Приведены данные последних исследований по выявлению основных предикторов местных осложнений, рецидивов и смертности. Авторы попытались провести сравнительный анализ различных методов пластики вентральных грыж, как открытых, так и малоинвазивных. Отмечены основные моменты в подготовке больных к реконструктивной операции, соблюдение которых позволяет значительно снизить количество неудовлетворительных результатов.
The article describes the most common complications of operations performed for postoperative ventral hernias. The data of recent studies on the identification of the main predictors of local complications, relapses and mortality are presented. The authors attempted to conduct a comparative analysis of various methods of ventral hernia repair, both open and minimally invasive. The main points in the preparation of patients for reconstructive surgery, the observance of which can significantly reduce the number of unsatisfactory results, are noted.
Maqolada operatsiyadan keyingi ventral churralar bo‘yicha bajariladigan operatsiyalarning eng ko‘p uchraydigan asoratlari tavsiflanadi. Mahalliy asoratlar, retsidivlar va o‘limning asosiy prediktorlarini aniqlashga oid so‘nggi tadqiqotlar ma‘lumotlari keltirilgan. Mualliflar ventral churralar plastikasining ham ochiq, ham kam invaziv turli usullarini qiyosiy tahlil qilishga harakat qilganlar. Bemorlarni rekonstruktiv operatsiyaga tayyorlashdagi asosiy jihatlar qayd etilgan bo‘lib, ularga rioya qilish qoniqarsiz natijalar sonini sezilarli darajada kamaytirish imkonini beradi.
