This study presents the results of pathomorphological and histomorphological investigations of the internal organs of experimental calves used in studies of the efficacy of the Rifizostrep preparation. A novel combination anti-tuberculosis drug, Rifizostrep, was developed by researchers at the Scientific-Research Institute of Veterinary. Administration of this preparation to animals demonstrated its sufficiently effective bactericidal activity against M. tuberculosis in experimental tuberculosis. Concurrently, it was found that Rifizostrep exerts no adverse or detrimental effects on the organism as a whole or on the structure of the internal organs of the experimental calves. Analysis indicated that prolonged administration of the preparation resulted in minor structural changes, characterized by haemosiderosis in the cellular structure of the parenchymal organs and a slight increase in gastrointestinal secretion. Based on the findings of pathomorphological and laboratory histological examinations, the preparation was established to be harmless to the animal organism and to exert no general or acute toxic effects.

Maqolada Rifizostrep preparatining tajribadagi buzoqlar eksperimental tuberkulyozida ichki a‘zolardagi patologoanatomik va gistomorfologik o‘zgarishlar bo‘yicha tekshirishlar natijalari bayon qilingan. Yangi kombinatsiyalangan Rifizostrep preparati Veterinariya ilmiy-tadqiqot instituti tuberkulyoz laboratoriyasi xodimlari tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan. Preparat eksperimental tuberkulyozda M. tuberculosis qo‘zg‘atuvchilariga qarshi yetarli darajada samarali bakteritsid faollikka ega ekanligi aniqlangan. Shu bilan bir qatorda, Rifizostrep hayvon organizmiga va buzoqlarning ichki a‘zolari strukturasiga nomaqbul ta‘sir ko‘rsatmaydi. Tahlillarga ko‘ra, preparat buzoqlar organizmiga uzoq vaqt davomida qo‘llanilganda ichki a‘zolarda nisbatan kam sonli strukturaviy o‘zgarishlar — parenximatoz a‘zolar hujayra strukturasida gemosideroz ko‘rinishida va oshqozon-ichak traktida sekretsiyaning bir oz kuchayishi kabi o‘zgarishlar kuzatilgan. Patologoanatomik va gistomorfologik tekshirishlar natijasiga ko‘ra, preparat hayvon organizmi uchun bezarar bo‘lib, umumiy va o‘tkir toksik ta‘sirga ega emas.
