The article is devoted to the application of biophilic design as an innovative instrument for enhancing therapeutic impact in medical institutions specializing in the treatment of tuberculosis (phthisiatric hospitals and dispensaries). The author considers the integration of natural elements — such as atriums, winter gardens, green walls and light wells — into the spatial organization of buildings with the aim of improving the psycho-emotional state of patients, reducing stress and accelerating recovery. On the basis of an analysis of scientific research and practical examples, it is demonstrated how these elements contribute to the creation of a harmonious environment imitating natural surroundings, which is especially relevant under conditions of prolonged stay in enclosed premises. Recommendations are offered on the design and implementation of biophilic solutions taking into account sanitary and hygienic norms and the specific features of phthisiology. The article emphasizes the potential of biophilic design in increasing the effectiveness of rehabilitation and the quality of life of patients.

Maqola sil kasalligini davolashga ixtisoslashgan tibbiy muassasalarda (ftiziatrik statsionarlar va dispanserlarda) terapevtik ta‘sirni kuchaytirishning innovatsion vositasi sifatida biofil dizaynni qo‘llashga bag‘ishlangan. Muallif bemorlarning psixoemotsional holatini yaxshilash, stressni kamaytirish va sog‘ayishni tezlashtirish maqsadida tabiiy elementlarni — atriumlar, qishki bog‘lar, fitodevorlar va yorug‘lik quduqlari kabilarni — binolarning fazoviy tashkil etilishiga integratsiya qilishni ko‘rib chiqadi. Ilmiy tadqiqotlar va amaliy misollar tahlili asosida ushbu elementlar tabiiy muhitga taqlid qiluvchi uyg‘un muhit yaratishga qanday xizmat qilishi ko‘rsatilgan, bu esa yopiq xonalarda uzoq muddat bo‘lish sharoitida ayniqsa dolzarbdir. Sanitariya-gigiyena me‘yorlari va ftiziatriya o‘ziga xosligini hisobga olgan holda biofil yechimlarni loyihalash va joriy etish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar taklif etilgan. Maqola biofil dizaynning reabilitatsiya samaradorligi va bemorlar hayot sifatini oshirishdagi salohiyatini ta‘kidlaydi.
