This article examines modular planning solutions as a tool for increasing the operational flexibility of specialized medical institutions of phthisiological and pulmonological profile under the conditions of Uzbekistan. The current state of tuberculosis hospitals and dispensaries is analysed, and principles of modular design that take into account seismic activity, climatic features and the epidemiological situation are proposed. The effectiveness of such solutions for rapid adaptation to various scenarios, including epidemics and seasonal surges of respiratory diseases, is substantiated. Examples of implementation and an economic analysis are presented.

Sil shifoxonalari va dispanserlarining joriy holati tahlil qilinib, seysmik faollik, iqlimiy xususiyatlar hamda epidemiologik vaziyatni hisobga oluvchi modulli loyihalash tamoyillari taklif etiladi. Bunday yechimlarning epidemiyalar va nafas yo‘llari kasalliklarining mavsumiy kuchayishlari kabi turli ssenariylarga tez moslashishdagi samaradorligi asoslab beriladi. Joriy etish misollari va iqtisodiy tahlil keltirilgan.
