Cognitive impairments are a frequent and clinically significant consequence of the neurosurgical treatment of primary brain tumors, especially in patients with meningiomas and low-grade gliomas. Despite a satisfactory oncological and neurological prognosis, many patients in the late postoperative period face cognitive fatigue, reduced attention, disorders of executive functions and difficulties of professional reintegration. In recent years, the use of digital and eHealth technologies in cognitive rehabilitation, potentially expanding access to specialized care, has attracted growing interest. The present work is devoted to a clinical analysis of the effectiveness and the limitations of the early application of eHealth programs of cognitive rehabilitation after the neurosurgical treatment of primary brain tumors. On the basis of clinical research data and the authors‘ own observations, the particularities of patient selection, the temporal aspects of the start of rehabilitation, the differences between objective and subjective cognitive indicators, as well as the practical limitations of introducing digital interventions in the conditions of a neurosurgical inpatient department are discussed. A conclusion is drawn on the expediency of a differentiated, patient-oriented approach to cognitive rehabilitation that takes into account the clinical context and the individual needs of the patient.

Bosh miya birlamchi o‘smalarini neyroxirurgik davolashdan so‘ng kognitiv buzilishlar klinik jihatdan muhim muammo bo‘lib qolmoqda, ayniqsa meningioma va past darajali gliomasi bo‘lgan bemorlarda. Neyroxirurgik va onkologik natijalar qoniqarli bo‘lishiga qaramay, ko‘plab bemorlarda uzoq muddatli kuzatuvda kognitiv charchoq, diqqatning pasayishi, ijro etuvchi funksiyalarning buzilishi va mehnat faoliyatiga qaytishdagi qiyinchiliklar kuzatiladi. So‘nggi yillarda kognitiv reabilitatsiyada raqamli va eHealth-texnologiyalardan foydalanishga qiziqish ortib bormoqda. Ushbu maqolada bosh miya birlamchi o‘smalarini neyroxirurgik davolashdan so‘ng kognitiv reabilitatsiyada eHealth-dasturlarini erta qo‘llashning samaradorligi va cheklovlari klinik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Klinik tadqiqotlar va amaliy kuzatuvlar asosida bemorlarni tanlash, reabilitatsiyani boshlash vaqti, ob‘ektiv test natijalari bilan sub‘ektiv baholash o‘rtasidagi tafovutlar hamda neyroxirurgik statsionar sharoitida raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etishdagi muammolar muhokama qilinadi. Kognitiv reabilitatsiyada individual va bemorga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv zarurligi asoslab beriladi.
