Целью исследования явилась оценка эффективности препарата Ангиофлюкс в коррекции микроциркуляторных нарушений у больных псориазом на основании динамики индекса PASI. Обследовано 142 пациента с различными клиническими формами псориаза, разделённых на группу наблюдения и группу сравнения. Установлено, что включение Ангиофлюкса в комплексную терапию способствует более выраженному и статистически значимому снижению индекса PASI по сравнению со стандартным лечением.

The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of the drug Angioflux in correcting microcirculatory disorders in patients with psoriasis on the basis of the dynamics of the PASI index. A total of 142 patients with various clinical forms of psoriasis were examined and divided into an observation group and a comparison group. It was established that the inclusion of Angioflux in combined therapy contributes to a more pronounced and statistically significant decrease in the PASI index compared with standard treatment.

Tadqiqotning maqsadi PASI indeksidagi o‘zgarishlar asosida psoriaz bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda mikrosirkulyatsiya buzilishlarini tuzatishda Angiofluxning samaradorligini baholash edi. Psoriazning turli klinik shakllari bo‘lgan jami 142 bemor kuzatildi, ular kuzatuv guruhi va taqqoslash guruhiga bo‘lingan. Angiofluxni kombinatsiyalangan terapiyaga kiritish standart davolashga nisbatan PASI indeksining sezilarli darajada va statistik jihatdan sezilarli darajada pasayishiga olib kelganligi aniqlandi.
