Relevance. Chronic dermatoses are among the most widespread skin diseases and constitute a significant medical and social problem, especially among persons of working age. A prolonged relapsing course, a high frequency of exacerbations and a pronounced influence on the quality of life of patients make it necessary to study the structure and dynamics of this pathology in order to optimize preventive and therapeutic measures. Aim. To study the structure and dynamics of chronic dermatoses among persons of working age on the basis of an analysis of clinical and statistical data. Materials and methods. A retrospective clinical-statistical study was carried out that included an analysis of the medical data of 312 patients aged from 18 to 59 years who received outpatient and inpatient treatment in a dermatovenerological department in the period 2019–2024. Diagnoses were established on the basis of clinical, dermatoscopic, laboratory and, where necessary, histological data in accordance with ICD-10. Statistical processing was performed with the use of methods of descriptive statistics. Results. Inflammatory skin diseases predominated in the structure of chronic dermatoses among persons of working age. The most frequently diagnosed were psoriasis (31.1 %), chronic eczema (24.7 %) and atopic dermatitis (18.3 %), whose combined share exceeded 70 %. The maximum prevalence of chronic dermatoses was observed in the 30–49 age group. It was established that more than half of the patients had a disease duration of over 5 years, and frequent relapses were most characteristic of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. Analysis of the dynamics for 2019–2024 revealed a tendency towards an increase in the prevalence of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. Conclusion. Chronic dermatoses are widespread among persons of working age and are characterized by a prolonged course, a high frequency of relapses and a tendency towards an increase in the prevalence of individual nosological forms. The data obtained emphasize the need to improve early diagnosis, prevention and the comprehensive management of patients with chronic dermatoses with the aim of preserving working capacity and improving quality of life.

Dolzarbligi. Surunkali dermatozlar terining eng keng tarqalgan kasalliklari qatoriga kiradi va ayniqsa mehnatga layoqatli yoshdagi shaxslar orasida muhim tibbiy-ijtimoiy muammoni tashkil etadi. Uzoq davom etuvchi retsidivlanuvchi kechish, qo‘zishlarning yuqori chastotasi va bemorlar hayot sifatiga sezilarli ta‘siri profilaktik va davolash tadbirlarini optimallashtirish maqsadida ushbu patologiyaning tuzilishi va dinamikasini o‘rganish zaruratini keltirib chiqaradi. Maqsad. Klinik-statistik ma‘lumotlar tahlili asosida mehnatga layoqatli yoshdagi shaxslar orasida surunkali dermatozlarning tuzilishi va dinamikasini o‘rganish. Materiallar va usullar. 2019–2024 yillar davomida dermatovenerologik bo‘limda ambulator va statsionar davolangan, 18 yoshdan 59 yoshgacha bo‘lgan 312 nafar bemorning tibbiy ma‘lumotlari tahlilini o‘z ichiga olgan retrospektiv klinik-statistik tadqiqot o‘tkazildi. Tashxislar KXT-10 ga muvofiq klinik, dermatoskopik, laboratoriya va zarur bo‘lganda gistologik ma‘lumotlar asosida qo‘yildi. Statistik ishlov tavsifiy statistika usullari yordamida bajarildi. Natijalar. Mehnatga layoqatli yoshdagi shaxslar orasida surunkali dermatozlar tuzilmasida terining yallig‘lanish kasalliklari ustunlik qildi. Eng ko‘p psoriaz (31,1 %), surunkali ekzema (24,7 %) va atopik dermatit (18,3 %) tashxislandi, ularning umumiy ulushi 70 % dan oshdi. Surunkali dermatozlarning eng yuqori tarqalishi 30–49 yosh guruhida qayd etildi. Bemorlarning yarmidan ko‘pida kasallik davomiyligi 5 yildan ortiq bo‘lgani, tez-tez retsidivlar esa ko‘proq psoriaz va atopik dermatitga xos ekanligi aniqlandi. 2019–2024 yillar dinamikasi tahlili psoriaz va atopik dermatit tarqalishining o‘sish tendensiyasini aniqladi. Xulosa. Surunkali dermatozlar mehnatga layoqatli yoshdagi shaxslar orasida keng tarqalgan bo‘lib, uzoq kechish, retsidivlarning yuqori chastotasi va ayrim nozologik shakllar tarqalishining ortish tendensiyasi bilan tavsiflanadi. Olingan ma‘lumotlar mehnat qobiliyatini saqlash va hayot sifatini yaxshilash maqsadida surunkali dermatozli bemorlarni erta tashxislash, profilaktika qilish va kompleks olib borishni takomillashtirish zarurligini ta‘kidlaydi.
