Vitiligo is a chronic depigmenting skin disease that has a pronounced negative impact on the psycho-emotional state and social adaptation of patients. The aim of the present study was to assess the impact of vitiligo on the quality of life of patients and to identify the relationships between the clinical characteristics of the disease and psychosocial indicators. The study included 120 patients with vitiligo aged from 16 to 60 years. Quality of life was assessed using the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), followed by a correlation analysis of clinical and psychosocial parameters. It was established that vitiligo is accompanied by a moderate to marked decrease in quality of life, especially in patients with generalised forms of the disease, with involvement of exposed areas of the skin, in women and in young people. Significant correlations were revealed between the extent of depigmentation, the duration of the disease and the level of psycho-emotional distress. The data obtained emphasise the need for a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to the management of patients with vitiligo, with obligatory consideration of the psychosocial aspects of the disease.

Vitiligo surunkali depigmentatsiyalovchi teri kasalligi bo‘lib, bemorlarning psixoemotsional holatiga va ijtimoiy moslashuviga sezilarli salbiy ta‘sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi vitiligoning bemorlar hayot sifatiga ta‘sirini baholash va kasallikning klinik xususiyatlari va psixosotsial ko‘rsatkichlar o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqliklarni aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqotga vitiligo bilan kasallangan 16 yoshdan 60 yoshgacha bo‘lgan 120 nafar bemor kiritilgan. Hayot sifatini baholash Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) indeksidan foydalangan holda, keyinchalik klinik va psixosotsial parametrlarning korrelyatsion tahlili bilan amalga oshirildi. Vitiligo, ayniqsa, kasallikning tarqalgan shakllari bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda, terining ochiq qismlarining shikastlanishi, ayollar va yoshlarda hayot sifatining o‘rtacha va sezilarli pasayishi bilan kechishi aniqlandi. Depigmentatsiyaning tarqalishi, kasallikning davomiyligi va psixoemotsional distress darajasi o‘rtasida sezilarli bog‘liqliklar aniqlandi. Olingan ma‘lumotlar vitiligo bilan og‘rigan bemorlarni davolashda kasallikning psixologik-ijtimoiy jihatlarini hisobga olgan holda kompleks, fanlararo yondashuv zarurligini ta‘kidlaydi.
