Maqolada maktabgacha ta‘lim tashkilotlari direktorlarining kreativ malakalarini shakllantirish texnologiyasi, mazmuni, qanday foydalanish lozimligi haqida bilib olishimiz mumkin. Maqolada maktabgacha ta‘lim tashkilotlarida rahbarlik va boshqarishning yangi innovatsion usullari to‘g‘risida fikrlar bildirilgan. MTT rahbar xodimlarining soha rivojidagi o‘rni, kelajak avlodni vatanga muhabbat, yurtga sadoqat ruhida tarbiyalashda maktabgacha ta‘lim tashkilotida rahbar tomonidan yaratilgan ijtimoiy muhitning ahamiyati haqida muallifning shaxsiy mulohazalari keltirilgan. Adabiyotlar tahlilida buyuk alomalarimizning fikrlari, hozirgi kundagi tadqiqotchilarimizning so‘zlari va jahon adabiyoti namayondalarining fikrlari keltirib o‘tilgan. Metodologiya qismida yangicha yondashilgan metodlar yoritilgan. Natija qismida olib borilgan tadqiqotlarning natijalari yoritilgan. From this article we can learn about the technology of forming the creative competencies of directors of preschool education organizations, its content and how it should be used. The article expresses views on new innovative methods of leadership and management in preschool education organizations. It presents the author‘s personal reflections on the role of the managerial staff of preschool education organizations in the development of the field and on the importance of the social environment created by the head of a preschool education organization in bringing up the future generation in the spirit of love for the Motherland and devotion to the homeland. The review of the literature cites the ideas of our great thinkers, the words of present-day researchers and the opinions of representatives of world literature. The methodology section describes methods based on new approaches. The results section sets out the results of the research carried out. The study of the various needs and factors that influence the formation of managerial and leadership qualities in young people is presented.
В статье рассматриваются технология формирования креативных компетенций директоров дошкольных образовательных организаций, её содержание и особенности практического применения. Представлены мнения о новых инновационных подходах к руководству и управлению в дошкольных образовательных организациях. Приводятся личные рассуждения автора о роли руководящих кадров ДОО в развитии отрасли, а также о значении социально-психологической среды, создаваемой руководителем в дошкольной организации, в воспитании подрастающего поколения в духе любви к Родине и преданности Отечеству. В анализе литературы приведены взгляды великих мыслителей, высказывания современных исследователей и мнения представителей мировой литературы. В методологической части раскрываются методы, основанные на новых подходах. В разделе результатов представлены итоги проведённых исследований. Отражено изучение различных потребностей и факторов, влияющих на формирование у молодёжи управленческих и лидерских качеств.
