This study assesses the influence of the components of metabolic syndrome on the severity of the course of chronic eczema in order to determine the relationship between metabolic disorders, microcirculatory changes and the clinical manifestations of the disease. The analysis was carried out by comparing patients with eczema who did and did not have metabolic syndrome. On the basis of clinical indices, biochemical indicators and laser Doppler flowmetry data, the degree of the influence of insulin resistance, dyslipidaemia and obesity on disease activity was determined. The levels of key metabolic markers, the parameters of skin microcirculation and the severity of symptoms were analysed using correlation and regression analysis. In addition, independent predictors of a severe course of eczema were identified, which is an important indicator for the development of comprehensive therapeutic and preventive strategies.

Ushbu tadqiqotda metabolik sindrom komponentlarining surunkali ekzema kechishi og‘irligiga ta‘siri baholanib, metabolik buzilishlar, mikrotsirkulyator o‘zgarishlar va kasallikning klinik ko‘rinishlari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni aniqlash ko‘zda tutilgan. Tahlil ekzema bilan og‘rigan, metabolik sindromi bor va yo‘q bemorlarni taqqoslash yo‘li bilan o‘tkazildi. Klinik indekslar, biokimyoviy ko‘rsatkichlar va lazerli doppler floumetriyasi ma‘lumotlari asosida insulinorezistentlik, dislipidemiya va semizlikning kasallik faolligiga ta‘sir darajasi aniqlandi. Asosiy metabolik markerlar darajalari, teri mikrotsirkulyatsiyasi parametrlari va simptomlarning ifodalanganligi korrelyatsion va regression tahlil yordamida o‘rganildi. Bundan tashqari, ekzemaning og‘ir kechishining mustaqil prediktorlari aniqlandi, bu esa kompleks terapevtik va profilaktik strategiyalarni ishlab chiqish uchun muhim ko‘rsatkichdir.
