<abstract xml:lang="ru">

This study assesses the influence of psycho-emotional stress on the immune mechanisms of the development of psoriasis in order to determine the relationship between stress load, the activation of neuroendocrine pathways and Th17-mediated inflammation. The analysis was carried out by comparing patients with psoriasis who had high and low levels of psycho-emotional stress. On the basis of clinical indices, psychometric scales and immunological indicators, the degree of the influence of stress on disease activity and on specific immune mechanisms was determined. The levels of cortisol, neuropeptides and key pro-inflammatory cytokines and the population of Th17 cells were analysed using correlation analysis. In addition, stable relationships between stress markers and the clinical activity of psoriasis were identified, which is an important indicator for the development of comprehensive psychoimmune therapeutic strategies.

Ushbu tadqiqotda psixoemotsional stressning psoriaz rivojlanishining immun mexanizmlariga ta‘siri baholanib, stress yuklamasi, neyroendokrin yo‘llarning faollashuvi va Th17 vositachiligidagi yallig‘lanish o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni aniqlash ko‘zda tutilgan. Tahlil psoriaz bilan og‘rigan, psixoemotsional stress darajasi yuqori va past bo‘lgan bemorlarni taqqoslash yo‘li bilan o‘tkazildi. Klinik indekslar, psixometrik shkalalar va immunologik ko‘rsatkichlar asosida stressning kasallik faolligiga va o‘ziga xos immun mexanizmlarga ta‘sir darajasi aniqlandi. Kortizol, neyropeptidlar, asosiy proyallig‘lanish sitokinlari darajalari va Th17 hujayralar populyatsiyasi korrelyatsion tahlil yordamida o‘rganildi. Bundan tashqari, stress markerlari bilan psoriazning klinik faolligi o‘rtasida barqaror bog‘liqliklar aniqlandi, bu esa kompleks psixoimmun terapevtik strategiyalarni ishlab chiqish uchun muhim ko‘rsatkichdir.
