This study presents a comprehensive assessment of the role of oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction in the progression of androgenetic alopecia and alopecia areata in order to determine their relationship with the clinical parameters of the disease. The analysis was carried out by comparing patients with different forms of alopecia and a control group. On the basis of clinical, biochemical and morphological data, the degree of oxidative damage, the severity of mitochondrial disorders and their correlation with the severity of the disease were determined. The level of lipid peroxidation, the activity of the antioxidant system and the indicators of mitochondrial function were analysed using statistical methods. In addition, specific differences between the forms of alopecia were identified, which is an important pathogenetic and prognostic indicator.

Ushbu tadqiqotda oksidativ stress va mitoxondrial disfunksiyaning androgenetik va o‘choqli alopetsiya progressirlashidagi roli kompleks baholanib, ularning kasallikning klinik parametrlari bilan bog‘liqligini aniqlash ko‘zda tutilgan. Tahlil alopetsiyaning turli shakllari bilan og‘rigan bemorlarni nazorat guruhi bilan taqqoslash yo‘li bilan o‘tkazildi. Klinik, biokimyoviy va morfologik ma‘lumotlar asosida oksidlanish shikastlanishi darajasi, mitoxondrial buzilishlarning ifodalanganligi va ularning kasallik og‘irligi bilan korrelyatsiyasi aniqlandi. Lipidlarning perekis oksidlanishi darajasi, antioksidant tizim faolligi va mitoxondriya funksiyasi ko‘rsatkichlari statistik usullar yordamida tahlil qilindi. Bundan tashqari, alopetsiya shakllari o‘rtasidagi o‘ziga xos farqlar aniqlandi, bu esa muhim patogenetik va prognostik ko‘rsatkichdir.
