This study presents a comprehensive assessment of the metabolic profile in patients with vitiligo in order to determine the relationship between the levels of vitamin D, trace elements and homocysteine and the clinical characteristics of the disease. The analysis was carried out by comparing patients with vitiligo and a control group of healthy volunteers. On the basis of biochemical data and clinical indices, the severity of metabolic disorders and their influence on the course of the disease were determined. The levels of vitamin D, zinc, selenium, copper, magnesium and homocysteine were analysed using statistical methods. In addition, key metabolic predictors of disease severity were identified, which is an important indicator for clinical prognosis and the personalisation of therapy.

Ushbu tadqiqotda vitiligo bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda metabolik profilning kompleks bahosi o‘tkazilib, vitamin D, mikroelementlar va gomotsistein darajalarining kasallikning klinik xususiyatlari bilan bog‘liqligini aniqlash ko‘zda tutilgan. Tahlil vitiligo bilan og‘rigan bemorlarni sog‘lom ko‘ngillilardan iborat nazorat guruhi bilan taqqoslash yo‘li bilan o‘tkazildi. Biokimyoviy ma‘lumotlar va klinik indekslar asosida metabolik buzilishlarning ifodalanish darajasi va ularning kasallik kechishiga ta‘siri aniqlandi. Vitamin D, rux, selen, mis, magniy va gomotsistein darajalari statistik usullar yordamida tahlil qilindi. Bundan tashqari, kasallik og‘irligining asosiy metabolik prediktorlari aniqlandi, bu esa klinik prognoz va davolashni shaxsiylashtirish uchun muhim ko‘rsatkichdir.
