в данном исследовании проведён сравнительный клинико - лабораторный анализ пациентов с эрозивно-язвенными поражениями слизистой оболочки рта с целью разработки критериев дифференциальной диагностики красного плоского лишая, вульгарной пузырчатки и мукозной мембранной пузырчатки. Анализ проводился на трёх группах пациентов. На основе клинических, морфологических и иммунологических данных определены диагностические алгоритмы и оценена точность методов. Характер воспалительного инфильтрата, специфичность иммунофлюоресцентной картины и спектр аутоантител были проанализированы с использованием статистических методов. Кроме того, рассчитана совокупная диагностическая точность комплексного подхода, что является важным практическим показателем для клиницистов.

This study presents a comparative clinical and laboratory analysis of patients with erosive-ulcerative lesions of the oral mucosa in order to develop criteria for the differential diagnosis of lichen planus, pemphigus vulgaris and mucous membrane pemphigoid. The analysis was carried out in three groups of patients. On the basis of clinical, morphological and immunological data, diagnostic algorithms were determined and the accuracy of the methods was assessed. The nature of the inflammatory infiltrate, the specificity of the immunofluorescence pattern and the spectrum of autoantibodies were analysed using statistical methods. In addition, the cumulative diagnostic accuracy of the comprehensive approach was calculated, which is an important practical indicator for clinicians.

Ushbu tadqiqotda og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i shilliq qavatining eroziv-yarali zararlanishlari bo‘lgan bemorlarning qiyosiy klinik-laboratoriya tahlili o‘tkazilib, qizil yassi lishay, oddiy pufakcha va shilliq pardali pemfigoidning qiyosiy diagnostika mezonlarini ishlab chiqish ko‘zda tutilgan. Tahlil bemorlarning uchta guruhida o‘tkazildi. Klinik, morfologik va immunologik ma‘lumotlar asosida diagnostik algoritmlar aniqlandi va usullarning aniqligi baholandi. Yallig‘lanish infiltratining xarakteri, immunofluoressent manzaraning o‘ziga xosligi va autoantitanalar spektri statistik usullar yordamida tahlil qilindi. Bundan tashqari, kompleks yondashuvning umumiy diagnostik aniqligi hisoblab chiqildi, bu esa klinisistlar uchun muhim amaliy ko‘rsatkichdir.
