This study presents a comparative clinical and immunological analysis of the frequency and course of herpes zoster in patients who have had COVID-19 and in those vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2, in order to assess the influence of these factors on the reactivation of the Varicella-Zoster virus. The analysis was carried out by comparing three groups of patients. On the basis of clinical data and laboratory indicators, the risk of reactivation, the features of the course of the disease and immunological changes were determined. The incidence, the severity of clinical manifestations and the level of specific immune cells were analysed using statistical methods. In addition, key risk factors were identified, which is an important indicator for clinical prognosis and prevention.

Ushbu tadqiqotda COVID-19 ni boshdan kechirgan va SARS-CoV-2 ga qarshi emlangan bemorlarda o‘rab oluvchi gerpes chastotasi va kechishining qiyosiy klinik-immunologik tahlili o‘tkazilib, bu omillarning Varicella-Zoster virusi reaktivatsiyasiga ta‘sirini baholash ko‘zda tutilgan. Tahlil bemorlarning uchta guruhini taqqoslash yo‘li bilan o‘tkazildi. Klinik ma‘lumotlar va laboratoriya ko‘rsatkichlari asosida reaktivatsiya xavfi, kasallik kechishining xususiyatlari va immunologik o‘zgarishlar aniqlandi. Kasallanish chastotasi, klinik belgilarning og‘irligi va o‘ziga xos immun hujayralar darajasi statistik usullar yordamida tahlil qilindi. Bundan tashqari, asosiy xavf omillari aniqlandi, bu esa klinik prognoz va profilaktika uchun muhim ko‘rsatkichdir.
