Ushbu maqolada postpandemiya davrida savdo va ko‘ngilochar majmualarni loyihalash jarayonida yuzaga kelgan yangi talab va yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, sanitariya-gigiyena me‘yorlariga rioya qilish, ijtimoiy masofa tamoyillari, ochiq havoda faoliyat yuritish imkoniyatlarini yaratish, binolarning moslashuvchanligi va raqamli texnologiyalarni integratsiyalash kabi jihatlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, pandemiya tajribasi asosida foydalanuvchilar xavfsizligi, psixologik qulaylik va ko‘p funksiyali zonalash muhim element sifatida ko‘rsatilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari Samarqand shahridagi yangi majmualar loyihasiga zamonaviy va barqaror yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
