Перелом кости — это нарушение целостности костной ткани, вызванное воздействием внешней или внутренней силы на кость. Растяжение связок голеностопного сустава является одной из самых распространенных травм среди спортсменов. Физически активные люди, которые участвуют в мероприятиях, требующих прыжков, смены направления движения и интенсивных поворотов корпуса тела, имеют повышенный риск растяжений связок голеностопного сустава. Растяжения связок голеностопного сустава и повторяющиеся травмы, часто связанные с данным состоянием, могут привести к длительной инвалидности, потере времени от активности и финансовому бремени для спортсменов.

A bone fracture is a violation of the integrity of bone tissue caused by the action of an external or internal force on the bone. A sprain of the ligaments of the ankle joint is one of the most common injuries among athletes. Physically active people who take part in activities requiring jumping, changes of the direction of movement and intensive turns of the body have an increased risk of sprains of the ankle joint ligaments. Sprains of the ankle joint ligaments and the repeated injuries often associated with this condition can lead to long-term disability, loss of time from activity and a financial burden for athletes.

Suyak sinishi - suyakka tashqi yoki ichki kuch ta‘siri natijasida suyak to‘qimasi butunligining buzilishidir. Oshiq-boldir bo‘g‘imi boylamlarining cho‘zilishi sportchilar orasida eng ko‘p uchraydigan jarohatlardan biridir. Sakrash, harakat yo‘nalishini o‘zgartirish va tananing jadal burilishlarini talab qiladigan mashg‘ulotlarda qatnashadigan jismonan faol odamlarda oshiq-boldir bo‘g‘imi boylamlari cho‘zilishi xavfi yuqori bo‘ladi. Oshiq-boldir bo‘g‘imi boylamlarining cho‘zilishi va ushbu holat bilan ko‘pincha bog‘liq bo‘lgan takroriy jarohatlar uzoq muddatli nogironlikka, faoliyatdan vaqt yo‘qotishga va sportchilar uchun moliyaviy yukka olib kelishi mumkin.
