В статье представлено исследование интенсивности использования гастроэнтерологических лекарственных препаратов (ЛП) в условиях специализированного стационара на примере пациентов с хроническим панкреатитом. Оценка проводилась с использованием коэффициента интенсивности назначения (КИН), что позволило классифицировать ЛП на три группы в зависимости от частоты их применения: с высокой, средней и низкой мощностью. Установлена зависимость между значением КИН, включением препаратов в перечень жизненно необходимых и важнейших лекарственных препаратов (ЖНВЛП), а также их уникальностью (референтные или воспроизведенные ЛП). Полученные результаты показывают, что рационализация фармакотерапии пациентов с хроническим панкреатитом требует индивидуального подхода, учета экономических аспектов и применения как референтных, так и воспроизведённых ЛП.
The article presents a study of the intensity of the use of gastroenterological medicinal products (MPs) in a specialised hospital, using the example of patients with chronic pancreatitis. The assessment was carried out using the prescription intensity coefficient (PIC), which made it possible to classify the MPs into three groups depending on the frequency of their use: with high, medium and low power. A relationship was established between the PIC value, the inclusion of the drugs in the list of vital and essential medicinal products (VEMP), and their uniqueness (reference or generic MPs). The results obtained show that rationalisation of the pharmacotherapy of patients with chronic pancreatitis requires an individual approach, consideration of economic aspects and the use of both reference and generic MPs.
Maqolada surunkali pankreatit bilan og‘rigan bemorlar misolida ixtisoslashtirilgan statsionar sharoitida gastroenterologik dori vositalaridan (DV) foydalanish jadalligi bo‘yicha tadqiqot keltirilgan. Baholash tayinlash jadalligi koeffitsiyenti (TJK) yordamida o‘tkazildi, bu esa DVlarni qo‘llanish chastotasiga qarab uch guruhga: yuqori, o‘rta va past quvvatli guruhlarga ajratish imkonini berdi. TJK qiymati, dorilarning hayotiy zarur va eng muhim dori vositalari (HZEMDV) ro‘yxatiga kiritilishi hamda ularning noyobligi (referent yoki generik DV) o‘rtasida bog‘liqlik aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar surunkali pankreatit bilan og‘rigan bemorlar farmakoterapiyasini ratsionallashtirish individual yondashuvni, iqtisodiy jihatlarni hisobga olishni va ham referent, ham generik DVlardan foydalanishni talab qilishini ko‘rsatadi.
