The study group consisted of 55 patients who underwent a hybrid surgical intervention — laparoscopic cholecystectomy and assisted endoscopic papillosphincterotomy by the Rendezvous technique with choledocholithoextraction (the LERV group). In patients with calculous cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis it is advisable to perform hybrid operations using the proposed improved single-stage laparoscopic cholecystectomy with assisted endoscopic papillosphincterotomy by the Rendezvous technique and choledocholithoextraction. The proposed technique, devices and layout of the operating team are applicable in patients with acute and chronic cholecystitis and a moderate risk of choledocholithiasis, after the presence of calculi in the common bile duct has been confirmed by the data of intraoperative cholangiography performed through the cystic duct.

Kalkulyoz xoletsistit va xoledoxolitiaz bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda taklif etilgan takomillashtirilgan bir bosqichli laparoskopik xoletsistektomiyani Rendezvous texnikasidagi assistensiyalangan endoskopik papillosfinkterotomiya va xoledoxolitoekstraksiya bilan qo‘llagan holda gibrid operatsiyalarni bajarish maqsadga muvofiqdir. Taklif etilgan uslub, moslamalar va operatsiya brigadasining joylashuv sxemasi o‘tkir va surunkali xoletsistit hamda xoledoxolitiazning o‘rtacha xavfi bo‘lgan bemorlarda, pufak yo‘li orqali bajarilgan intraoperatsion xolangiografiya ma‘lumotlari bilan xoledoxda toshlar borligi tasdiqlangandan keyin qo‘llaniladi.
